Personally, I applaud Dallas Page for bringing Yoga postures to an entire segment of the population that would have never set foot in a Yoga studio.
Like anything in life, including Yoga, you have to start somewhere - if DDP Yoga is your gateway to the wide world of Yoga, then I’m all for it :)
