Walk (on treadmill): 63 minutes; 2.9 miles @ 1.5-2 incline
Yoga (at home): 25 minutes
Comments: Another good walk, but I’ve noticed any interesting trend lately. The past 2-3 days, I’ve let myself sleep in as long as my body wants to, which translates to 8-9:30am. During this time, I’ve also been more tired than usual + find it tough to really “get going.”
Before that, I had an alarm that went off at 7am, at which time I’d usually roll out of bed, ready to start the day. I think I’ll be going back to that because my body seems to enjoy it more. I think I’m simply getting too much sleep - go figure!
I would have practice Yoga longer, but again, I slept it + was already drained, then I did my long walk, so all I wanted to do was finally eat breakfast (which turned out to be lunch)!
