Phase 2, Day 2 (aka Day 14): Tuesday, July 3rd, 2012
Walk (on treadmill): xx minutes; xxx miles @ xx incline Yoga (at home): xx minutes
Comments: All of that hemming + hawing about moving on to phase 2 of this challenge … then I don’t do anything the next day! Today was just a whirlwind of errands. My plan may have been to take a walk + do Yoga, but I think all my body really needed was some rest :)
Phase 2, Day 3 (aka Day 15): Wednesday, July 4th, 2012
Walk/Run (on treadmill): 45 minutes; 3.0 miles @ 1.5 incline
Yoga (at home): 31 minutes
Comments: I was ready to sweat today! I had hoped to push myself a bit harder, but all the moving + husband’s motorcycle stuff has me pretty drained (plus it is “that time of the month”). Instead of being irked that I didn’t do more/run faster, I’m going to thank myself for working out at all! :)
Phase 2, Day 4 (aka Day 16): Thursday, July 5th, 2012
Walk (outside, with husband): 56 minutes; 3.2 miles
Yoga (at home): 27 minutes
Comments: Hooray for a change of pace! :) Taking a walk outside with my husband was a lot of fun. We used to take walks a lot, but now that he walks/runs around a lot for work, we don’t just walk around for fun anymore. We chatted about lots of random things + some big future plans (yay!).
Phase 2, Day 5 (aka Day 17): Friday, July 6th, 2012
Walk/Run (on treadmill): xx minutes; xxx miles @ xx incline
Yoga (@ Yoga Oceanside): 60 minutes
Comments: The Yoga class today was awesome. I planned on coming home + running on the treadmill, but I was quite hungry + thirsty, so I just scrapped the run for today. I’ll definitely be running tomorrow + 2 more runs after that (Monday + Wednesday next week) before my husband + I move to our new apartment - more yay! :)
