Comments: I had every intention of trying to stick to my Yoga-only plan while moving - at least I didn’t have to worry about cardio, right? Well, best laid plan/best intentions … it just didn’t happen. Moving was quite exciting, but also quite exhausting. All I wanted to do at the end of each day was have a delicious dinner + cuddle with my husband (which is exactly what I did!).

Comments: Yay, Yoga!!! I’m still recovering from all the craziness of moving, but I’m overjoyed to be in our new apartment - and to return to my Yoga practice! It quickly became obvious that I hadn’t practiced Yoga in a week, but my body + mind are starting to loosen up again.
I plan to return to my cardio plans tomorrow by at least taking a walk, then getting back into heavy sweating on Wednesday (+ to post more on Tumblr than just fitness updates!). :)
