Phase 2, Day 16 (aka Day 28): Tuesday, July 17th, 2012
Walk (on treadmill): xx minutes; xxx miles @ xx incline
Yoga (at home): xx minutes
Comments: Today was one of those days that if I didn’t work out in the morning, it wasn’t going to happen … and it didn’t happen. Lots of work in the morning followed by running errands. By the afternoon, I just wanted to sit + relax (which I, thankfully, had the ability to do).
I’m just still getting settled into the new apartment + taking time to get my schedule back on-track. Hopefully, next week, I’ll nail every day!

Phase 2, Day 17 (aka Day 29): Wednesday, July 18th, 2012
Walk/Run (on treadmill): 43 minutes; 2.5 miles @ 1.5-3.0 incline
Yoga (at home): 38 minutes
Comments: I REALLY wanted to go for a good round of run/walk cycles but, frankly, my running sports bra was dirty. Oops! Friday, I’ll be back to my running - yay!
This was my 1st visit to the gym at our new apartment complex. The machines are a bit older than those at my last complex (the reduce speed arrow doesn’t work on the treadmill!). We were told when we moved in that they were getting all new machines before the end of the summer, so hopefully, those will be in soon.
