Comments: I ran around the walking/dog path that encircles my new apartment complex - and it SUCKED! Notably, it was not the path that sucked, though it does include some uphill parts. What sucked was the fact that it was only 9am + the humidity was high, the sun was beating down on me, + I felt like I was filled with lead weights.
I’m taking this all to mean that a) I have let my eating habits slide too far toward unhealthy, b) I need to be more active!, + c) I need to stress less. I was really doing well with this challenge before I moved + now it is all in shambles. In other words, my habit got thrown off + I need to reestablish it!

Comments: I had all of my gear ready to go running this morning. Last night, I was excited about getting up to run earlier than I did on Friday so it would’t be so hot + humid. This morning, I wake up + I don’t even want to get out of bed … FAIL!
Also, this weekend was a total bust - I just felt super-lazy + drained the whole time … but maybe going for a walk or doing Yoga was what I needed … we’ll never know.
This morning, I at least did Yoga + it was FABULOUS! Exactly what I needed - I felt refreshed + focused afterward :)
